02Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you choose up to five crypto assets and view signals across the supported timeframes, alongside the dashboard, technical-analysis charts, macro calendar, and leaderboard. No credit card is required.
03Do you ever hold or trade my money?
No. ABEBIT is non-custodial. Your trading capital stays in your own exchange account. We never hold a trading balance for you, never place orders on your behalf, and never need API permissions to trade or withdraw your funds. The only payment to ABEBIT is a subscription payment.
04What will ABEBIT never ask me for?
We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or exchange withdrawal rights. Nobody from ABEBIT should ask for these by email or through support. If someone claims to represent ABEBIT and offers to trade, manage, or grow your funds, do not trust them; report the message to support@abebit.com.
05Are signals financial advice?
No. Signals are algorithmic market analysis intended to support your own research, not financial advice or a guarantee. Crypto markets are risky; do your own due diligence and make your own decisions.
06What does Guardian do?
Guardian monitors portfolio holdings for risk conditions such as price shocks, volatility spikes, and drawdown limits. It can send risk alerts and suggest possible conversions; it does not trade on your behalf.
07How do I pay?
Paid plans use cryptocurrency checkout through BTCPay. The public pricing is shown in US dollars, while the checkout presents the supported payment options. Plans are purchased deliberately rather than silently auto-renewing; contact support if you need help.
08How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link. When someone you refer upgrades, you earn a 10% commission for up to 12 months, and they receive 10% off their first purchase. Commission is credited to your in-site wallet. For an external withdrawal, referral earnings must reach $100; contact support for assistance.
