1. No automatic renewal
Every subscription is a one-off purchase of a fixed term — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. When the term ends, access reverts to the free tier. You are never charged again without buying another term yourself.
This means there is no recurring payment to cancel, no card on file, and no cancellation deadline to miss.
2. How to stop your subscription
Simply do not renew. If you would like your plan downgraded immediately rather than at the end of the paid term:
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Open a support ticket from Support, or email [email protected] from your registered address.
- State that you want the plan ended early.
- We confirm by email, usually within one business day.
Ending a term early does not by itself create a right to a refund — see below.
3. When we refund
Signals delivered during a subscription are digital goods that have been consumed and cannot be returned. Refunds are therefore limited to the two situations below, both of which are about us failing to deliver, not about dissatisfaction with results.
3.1 Prolonged service outage
If the platform is unavailable, or no signals are produced at all, for a continuous period of 72 hours or more during your paid term, you may request a refund of the affected portion of the term, calculated pro rata by day.
“Unavailable” means the platform could not be reached or produced no signals for reasons within our control. It does not include:
- quiet periods when the engine deliberately emits few or no signals because market conditions do not meet its criteria — this is the system working as designed and is explained in the Disclaimer;
- outages caused by your own connectivity, device, or Telegram/email provider;
- failures of third-party data sources or exchanges;
- interruptions announced in advance for maintenance.
3.2 Duplicate or erroneous payment
If you were charged twice for the same term, or a payment was taken in error, we refund the excess in full.
4. When we do not refund
- Trading losses. Losses from acting on signals are never grounds for a refund. This is the central point of the Disclaimer and the Risk Disclosure, both of which you accepted before gaining access.
- Signal performance. A period in which the engine performed poorly is not a service failure. Performance figures are published openly, including negative ones, before you subscribe.
- Changing your mind after using the service during the term.
- Partial use. Time you did not use is not refundable outside section 3.
- Termination for breach. Accounts closed for breaching the Terms of Service — credential sharing, resale or redistribution of signals, abuse — are not refunded.
5. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, or open a support ticket.
- Include your username, the invoice identifier, and which of the situations in section 3 applies.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the event.
- We reply within 5 business days with a decision and, if approved, the amount.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned in cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you supply, on the same network the original payment used. Two consequences follow from this and you should understand both before requesting one:
- The refund is calculated in US dollars at the amount originally invoiced, and converted to crypto at the rate when the refund is sent. Because crypto prices move, the quantity of coin you receive will usually differ — in either direction — from the quantity you paid.
- Network fees are deducted from the amount sent.
You are responsible for supplying a correct address on the correct network. Funds sent to an address you gave us incorrectly cannot be recovered.
Approved refunds are sent within 10 business days.
7. What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, the corresponding subscription ends immediately and the account reverts to the free tier. Your data is not deleted; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.
